Follow the directions carefully making sure that you return them according to directions. For example, Wendy’s will not be returned to the guidance department, but the SHEA scholarship would.

|Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Programp||Nov. 14, 2017||Up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school||An undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. Selected from a nationwide pool of applicants, up to 40 students will become Jack Kent Cooke Scholars and have access to funding for up to four years for undergraduate studies. Applicants must earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above, have a SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above, and demonstrate significant unmet financial need. |Hagan Scholarship||Nov. 15, 2017||Varies; up to $40,000||The purpose of the scholarship is to provide each recipient with the opportunity to obtain a four year college education and graduate debt free. Recipient responsibilities include: (1) Must graduate college within four years; (2) Must achieve a 3l0 GPA each semester the first four semesters of college, and a 3.25 GPA each subsequent semester; (3) Must complete thirty on-campus GPA credit hours each academic year, excluding summer school; (4) Must fulfill ALL Recipient Responsibilities, and attend the free workshop in July each year For more information and to apply|
|The Ohio State Alumni Scholars Program||Mail to Patti Abels or return to guidance by Jan. 8, 2018||(2) $600 scholarships||Eligibility include students ranking in the top 10% of their graduation class, those that demonstrate involvement in school and community activities, and show a sound interest and positive attitude towards school/college. One change this year is that an athlete does not need to be in the top 10%. It may also be a person who has a special need or is attending the branch campus. |BGSU Science and Math Education In ACTION||Jan. 15, 2018||Total scholarship values at $20,000||High School seniors considering teaching either secondary science or math OR middle childhood science and math may be eligible. The basic criteria for consideration includes: Ohio resident, incoming (BGSU) freshman fall 2017, minimum high school GPA of 3.0, and recommended minimum ACT of 23. |National Co-op Scholarship Program||Feb. 15, 2018||160 Merit scholarships totaling $4.2 million||These merit co-op scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors and transfer students who plan to participate in college cooperative education at one of the following institutions: Clarkson University, Drexel University, Johnson & Wales University, Merrimack College, Rochester Institute of Technology, State University of New York Oswego, University of Cincinnati, University of Massachusetts Lowell, The University of Toledo, or Wentworth Institute of Technology. |MED Foundation Scholarship||Feb. 25, 2018||Award varies||Any high school senior with an ACT of 25 or higher and entering a health career. Selection Committee will invite all qualified applicants for an interview. One full scholarship will be awarded to a student from each of the six Mercer County high schools unless the high school does not have an acceptable qualified candidate. |Parentinn Scholarship||Feb. 28, 2018||$1,250||In an effort to the cause of preventing cyberbullying, Parentinn has created the “Cyberbullying Prevention for Teens Scholarship” for high school students.
